California Bar Exam once again postponed to Oct. 5 and 6, 2020 (and 2021 Feb Schedule)

California Bar Examiner announced to postpone the bar exam from 4th week of July to September 9 and 10. Because of the order of California Supreme Court, Bar Exam will be held by complete online system though the exam had been previously held at various cities’ convention center. As someone said Cal Bar used MBE previously and it was operated by NCBE, we do not know Cal Bar will be able to use MBE or original multiple choice so that it will control online system. Since Cal Bar sent out instructions for the Baby Bar Exam in June and it may use the pilot for the September Bar Exam, we need to check the bar and Cal Bar instruction in summer.

*Cal Bar once again postponed July’s Bar on Oct. 5 and 6 because it operates complete online exam. 5 essays, 100 multiple choice questions and one performance test question.
