Japan aims to increase number of foreign-law attorneys – from Nikkei Asian Review

This is a good news for foreign lawyers having foreign license and want to  practices in Japan although the purpose of the government is to increase the number of arbitration here.

Under the current system, foreign lawyers are required three years  professional experience for registering lawyer here. But the government will likely shorten those requirements to two year and one years, respectively.
