(1)Incorporation

(2)Procedure after incorporation, labor and legal matter

If you want to expand your company’s business field, it is essence how to exploit the patent, trademark or any other intellectual properties. Why don’t you sell and buy them by license agreement when you want to obtain the license or you have some IP which is not utilized by your company? Also, it suddenly happens that the stranger access to you and says that you are using his IP without his consent or IP you use owned by him.
